Waterfront Condos is being developed
by Daniel Corporation. The condos will be bounded by Quees Quay, Richardson
Street, Lakeshore Boulevard and Javis Street. The condos will consists of
516 proposed suites that vary in sizes ranging from 347 to 790 square feet. It
will constitute of bachelor units, 2 bedroom units, 1 bedroom +den units, and 1
bedroom units. The top floor will have penthouse suites.
Water Front Condos is designed by Giannone
Architects while its interior design will be done by Cecconi Simone Inc. The
Condo will have two outdoor zones: the recreation zone and the entertainment
zone. The recreation zone will have community gardening plots and a tennis
court. All these will be situated on the 9th floor. On the 14th floor,
you will get a cocktail pool, a barbecue area, landscape terrace, a lounge area
and an indoor amenity space. The floor will also house a kitchen, party
room, gathering zone, party room and a lounge. The fitness and the music studio
will be located on the 9th floor.
The condos will have 48 stores and
will overlook the panoramic Toronto skyline. It will encompass the City of Arts

The project will turn the Lower Jarvis
